Caught Up

To be with the Lord Forever

The Day of the Disappearance

By G

15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:15 - 18 (NKJV)

The bible prophesied that one day Jesus himself will return to "catch up" / "snatch away" saved believers in him who are alive at that time when he returns and also those believers who were dead. This event is commonly known as the rapture. The word rapture comes from the Latin translation of the bible. The original Greek uses the word harpazo. They mean the same thing. When Jesus returns on the day of the rapture, at the moment it occurs, there will be a taking of all believing Christians, alive and dead, at the same time. When this even occurs, something dramatic happens to those who are raptured. At the rapture a physical transformation occurs and mortal bodies are changed into immortal ones. And from that moment on those raptured will forever be with Jesus. There will never be a separation again.

51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 1 Corinthians 15:51 -53 (NKJV)
The bible is clear on what the rapture event is and who is involved: it is a forceful, quick taking away of believing Christians from this earth. It describes in detail certain characteristics about what happens to believers: we're changed and become immortal. There is also information given on what immediately awaits those who are not raptured, but it's a little less clear on specific details.
9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12a (NKJV)

The conditioning and preparing the world for the acceptance of the disappearance of people is occuring but its subtleties often go unnoticed. Do you recall the scene at the end of Avengers: Infinity War? After Thanos snaps his fingers people start disintigrating and disappearing. There's no trace of them left behind. And in the movie this isn't a few people in one location disappearing. It's happening all over the world. Cars crash because the driver isn't there. Helicopters fall because the pilot is missing. That scene is a hint, a preparing of you, the viewer, for something that the bible spoke of, but satan wants to cover up to disguise what it really is when it happens. TV shows like Manifest also portray the idea of people suddenly disappearing. Today, it's entertainment to acclimate you and get you comfortable with the idea of a mass disapperance. Tomorrow, someday, it will be reality. The fact that you saw something similar in a movie or on TVwill only serve to distract from the fact that what actually took place was a biblical event that points to Jesus as the savior and the bible as the true word of God. The rapture fallout will be a life altering event, noticed by all, significantly impactful, and, I believe, a world changing event that will unite the world like never before.

There has been speculation for many years about what the explanation will be for those who have disappeared. The best answer I can get from what the bible says is there will be the lie and some type of deception involved. The most immediate consideration for what might be used to explain the rapture is a full scale alien invasion or limited alien intervension. Basically, it would be explaining away the disappearance of a great number of people by attributing it to an alien cause. This scenario isn't hard to imagine as new age followers often promote the idea of certain groups of people needing to be removed in order for humanity to evolve or move into a new state of consciousness or awareness. Couple that way of thinking and the substantial increase in alien narratives being pushed and promoted in mainstream circles and it's not hard to imagine such an explanation being used. There are many UFO / UAP "confirmed" stories and images being released and reported on in the news. Television shows, movies, and music videos all display, with increasing frequency, alien images, messages, or themes. The alien explanation for the rapture (great, mass disappearance) would be "possible", rational, and believable. The framework for the alien delusion to be accepted is in place and grows stronger every day.

Whether aliens will be the lie or something else, there will be something used to explain away the disappearance of many people. And whatever reason is used, be it aliens, war, a nuclear attack, whatever it is it will be believable. But know when that event occurs no matter how real or believable their explanation is, if it's not explained as the rapture then there is deception happening and that reason is the lie. I believe with the ever increasing censorship occurring today, any hint of a biblical rapture will immediately be censored, shutdown, and falsely discredited. The "experts" will provide the explanation (the lie), satan will provide the delusion (maybe something like an alien will appear), and you will be forced to accept their conclusion. Make no mistake, when the disappearance of many people worldwide takes place, it was the rapture. What comes next for planet Earth will be the hardest 7 years of Earth's history. The bible calls this the tribulation period.

The most important decision anyone can make is to believe and accept in Jesus. This is still true after the rapture occurs. The next most important decision is not to accept The Mark.
